Our experience at Hue Nino Hotel was quite frustrating. We booked a Junior Suite on the fourth floor but were shocked to find there was no lift, forcing us to lug our bags up multiple flights of stairs. Additionally, the absence of a security locker made us uneasy about the safety of our belongings during our stay.

The quirky sink draining into the shower could be rethought for better design!!! An elevator would definitely enhance accessibility, especially for guests with heavy bags!!! A little more attention to odor control would help too!!!

nino is in a great location, just a short walk to the down to walking street. the staff is amazing and super helpful, especially with planning our sightseeing days. the breakfast offered a nice variety, making each morning enjoyable.
